Customer Service Desk
Our dedicated team of support analysts, based at our UK offices, provide customers with ongoing support from the implementation process through to live operation. The teams consistently receive a high star rating, which are routinely captured with each interaction to enable customer feedback on MidlandHR’s response and resolution.
Customer Extranet
Our cutting edge customer extranet delivers a central support facility for customers. The service provides self-help documentation, a library of internal, industry and legislative news articles, customer and industry events, a call logging and tracking facility and a customer ideas system.
Customer Ideas System
The ideas system is a highly rated feature of the customer extranet allowing customers to suggest and vote on ideas for service and technology changes and enhancements, ensuring MidlandHR can quickly establish the importance to the wider customer community and act quickly as a result.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Regular customer satisfaction surveys enable our customers to shape business planning, product and service development, ensuring MidlandHR can continue to deliver services that meet their forever changing needs.
Customer Panels
Customer panels are held on a regular basis, allowing customers to feedback to MidlandHR, providing vital input on current solutions and future developments. The panels also provide customers the opportunity to network with like-minded customers and MidlandHR, to assist knowledge exchange and establish best practice working.
MidlandHR Customer Association
The MidlandHR Customer Association (MCA) is an independent user group, formed to serve the needs of MidlandHR customers. Successful organisations listen to their customers, and MidlandHR ensures that this can be achieved through our collaboration with the MCA and customer community.
HR Technology Impact Awards
The HR Technology Impact Awards are held annually, with presentations taking place at the MidlandHR Customer Association (MCA) Conference in June. The awards present a great opportunity for MidlandHR customers to recognise, share and celebrate the hard work and success stories that have taken place with regards to new or ongoing HR and payroll related projects, which have delivered real value to the business.
