MidlandHR Technology Impact Awards
The 2012 MidlandHR Technology Impact Awards are now open for entry. The awards ceremony will take place on 27th June at the MidlandHR Customer Association (MCA) Conference (27th-28th June) at the Celtic Manor, Newport, South Wales. The awards present a great opportunity for MidlandHR customers to recognise, share and celebrate the hard work and success stories resulting from new or ongoing HR and payroll related projects, which have delivered real value to the business. This years awards will be presented by Hugh Dennis.

The awards are open to all MidlandHR customers and entries are welcomed from organisations of all sizes and sectors.
The categories for 2012 are:

Greatest Organisational Impact from HR Technology - up to 999/ 1000+ Employees
Recognising organisations whose HR/ Payroll project has leveraged the best relative return on investment, making the greatest impact on their workforce, operations, strategic decision making and the achievement of wider business goals.

Greatest Organisational Impact from Outsourcing
Recognising the organisation whose use of MidlandHR outsourcing has gained best value for their organisation, evidenced by simplification and streamlining of processes, cost savings, and impact on the achievement of wider goals.

Most Innovative use of HR Technology
Recognising the organisation that has used their system to really move HR forward through an innovative/creative approach, which fully utilises the technology to bring benefit with evidence of return on investment.

Outstanding Strategic Vision and Project Planning
Recognising the organisation that has identified the value that HR/Payroll technology can deliver to their workforce, operations, strategic decision making and the achievement of wider business goals.

Best use of Analytics and Management Information
Recognising the organisation that makes best use of analytics and managing HR data to deliver true business intelligence that has a positive effect on the workforce, operations, strategic decision making and the achievement of wider business goals.

Best Implementation Project, Including Outsourcing
Recognising the organisation that has recently implemented an HR/Payroll solution with great success and delivering true value to the organisation through improved workforce, operations, strategic decision making and the achievement of wider business goals.

Outstanding HR, Payroll or Project Team
Recognising the organisation that has achieved great results from an HR/Payroll project or significant improvement in performance thanks to the synergy achieved by outstanding team work, evidenced through an effective communications strategy, leadership and motivation.

Most Visionary HR Director
Recognising an HR Director who has created an ambitious, visionary HR strategy, aligning HR objectives with organisational objectives and challenging conventional thinking to enhance performance of the workforce and add real value to the organisation.

When you have completed your entry please return to the awards entry page to upload your entry. Each entry will need to be submitted on a separate entry form.

The HR Technology Impact Awards are judged by an independent panel of expert judges, who are leading lights within the HR and payroll industry.
Previous HR Technology Impact Awards
The second HR Technology Impact Awards ceremony, held at the 2011 MCA Conference on the 7th June, was bigger than its debut year. The maximum capacity was reached at The Belfry, with over 180 delegates attending the awards dinner. The awards were hosted by comedian Fred MacAulay, known for his appearances on 'Have I Got News For You' and many other popular TV shows, and were presented by MidlandHR's Iain Moffat.
Thank you to everyone that made the 2011 HR Technology Impact Awards a huge success, including the panel of judges; Philip Whiteley, Editor of Payroll World; Carole Tansley, Professor of HR Innovation at Nottingham Business School; Dr Stan Maklan of Cranfield University and Karen Thomson, Director of Policy, Research, and Strategic Visibility for the CIPP.
