In celebration of the CIPP's National Payroll Week, we are hosting our very own quiz show, 'Payroll Egg-sperts'. Our payroll experts' payroll knowledge will be put to the ultimate test through a series of customer-sponsored questions. The 'show' will be filmed and updates of questions and answers will be posted on MidlandHR's Twitter account, @MidlandHR, in real time using the #NPW0111 hashtag. A detailed summary of the questions and answers will also be blogged here towards the end of next week.

John Black
John has worked in payroll since the late 1970's. He is a Product Manager for MidlandHR and is responsible for ensuring the legislative compliance of MidlandHR's iTrent payroll system. John has been a member of the CIPP since 1988 and a member of the British Computer Society Payroll Group for 13 years. He is already famous within the world of payroll - he co-authors articles for the Industry Monitor page of the CIPP’s monthly Payroll Professional magazine with our next Egg-spert, Neil Tonks...
Neil Tonks
Neil has been with MidlandHR since 1987 and has been a Product Manager in MidlandHR's Product Design team since 2000. He is a member of the CIPP and holds the CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management. Neil enjoys celebrity status within the payroll world as the co-author of many an excellent article written for the Industry Monitor page of the CIPP’s monthly Payroll Professional magazine and is very well thought-of as a payroll guru throughout MidlandHR and beyond...
Bob Newsome
Bob has spent most of his career in payroll and HR. As a Strategic Payroll Consultant, he now delivers strategic support to the Sales and Marketing function within MidlandHR. He is currently chair of the ‘Taxpayer Data Standards Forum’ – a low profile, high impact strategic consultation forum with HMRC...a prolific position indeed! Bob is passionate about payroll, railways, beer festivals and bus timetables. As an 'Egg-spert' he will certainly be given the opportunity to explore at least one of these topics!
Kelly Dennison
Kelly is a Payroll Team Leader at MidlandHR. She has worked within customer service orientated roles for over 10 years, and after being seconded to implement a new payroll system, chose payroll as her profession and career path. She has never looked back! She has worked for MidlandHR for 5 years and enjoys the chalanges that payroll brings...including, it seems, the challenge of 'Payroll Egg-sperts!'
Emma Long
Emma is a Payroll Manager at MidlandHR. She has worked with us for over 6 years and has payroll knowledge and people management experience in abundance. Emma is committed to delivering excellent customer service and thoroughly enjoys seeing the rewards that this brings. She is currently studying towards the MSc in Business and Payroll Management...a challenging qualification, but will it be as tough as MidlandHR's 'Payroll Egg-sperts'?!
