London, UK 02 July 2007 – Haymarket events held an awards ceremony for Human Resources excellence at the Dorchester hotel in London.
David Dryden presents award to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
MidlandHR proudly supported the ‘Best of use technology to transform HR delivery’ prize, awarded to the winning HR department against key criteria, echoing the values of our company in supporting the implementation of business critical HR management systems. The judging criteria included;
- The contribution of HR function to business success;
- The integration of policies as a driving force in change management;
- Speed and agility of implementation;
- Creativity and innovation in effective people management
Three organisations were short listed for the award; Royal Bank of Scotland, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and HCL Technologies. David Dryden, Business Enterprise Director at MidlandHR made a personal presentation of the award to the emerging winners, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
