HR and Payroll System Training
Once your system is up and running MidlandHR offer support and training to help you maximize your investment, ensuring your organisation extends the efficiency and longevity of the software.
We offer two types of training; consultative training and classroom training.
Classroom training can be provided at our headquarters, Ruddington Hall, at a basic day delegate rate. The main benefits of these are:
- More cost effective for individual attendees (charged on a per head basis)
- Flexibility (attend sessions as required)
- Structured Training Sessions
- Learning Reviews and Workshops confirm understanding
- Meet and swap ideas with delegates for other companies
More popular, however, is Consultative training, which is provided on your premises. With this type of training, you will have the benefit of an experienced Trent training consultant who will not only deliver training but also offer advice and guidance in how the product may be used to best advantage in your own organisation.
In addition the training sessions can be tailored to suit your requirements, where some topics can be dropped and replaced with others
This type of training is often more cost-effective for larger groups, being charged at a competitive day rate, which covers training for up to six staff.
Whichever option you choose, there is no requirement for the same delegates to attend all course modules. Delegates should be aligned to training in the use of modules that are appropriate to their position within the organisation.
