• adjust user volume levels through dial-up/dial-down virtual users
• create bespoke test scripts through a visual interface which provides both record/playback facilities and scripting capabilities
• find and correct scalability problems early and throughout the implementation process
• correlate poor response times with virtual user levels and infrastructure metrics to identify real and potential performance concerns

Understanding the load different types of users place on the system will allow your organisation to effectively plan for future demands and expansions.
